Co-founded this institution, where I wore many hats—from Senior English Instructor and Head of the English Department to the sole technology officer, leading development, system design, and technical solutions. I also led the branding and marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in customer relations, graphic design, sales as well.

After achieving an IELTS score of 8.0, I joined Mentors, Bangladesh's leading institute for IELTS and study-abroad preparation, as an IELTS instructor.
